As well as being able to meet the demands of providing quick response times to General Maintenance
and Repairs we also provide professional contract services to sites which may require a more regular or onsite based operative to ensure that any issues are dealt with before they become a problem.

General Building Repairs

All Buildings require general repairs and Redsky has the experience to provide the most Cost Effective Services available to efficiently deal with any Maintenance or Repair no matter what the timeframe may be and without compromise.

Whether it’s roofing, emergency boarding, window replacement or any other building related services we have the people available to provide you with the peace of mind you expect.

Window Cleaning (Internal & External)

Redsky are proud to be able to offer Window Cleaning on both a small and grand scale.

We can deal with low level cleaning by way of water fed pole systems etc but we can also provide
Cleaning to multi-storey buildings using Trained Abseiling Window Cleaners; Operated Mobile Elevated Working Platforms (MEWP); Cradles; Ladders and Aerial Platforms.

Lift Maintenance and Repairs

Ensuring Lifts are available when required, in some cases 24hrs a day. This requires a highly skilled and professional service, and at Redsky we know this and have a team of engineers on stand-by who are
able to provide a peace of mind service throughout the UK on both a Contract or one off request Level.

Gas, Heating and Air Con Services

Heating and cooling of commercial buildings can always be a hot or cold subject with landlords and  tenants alike and we can ensure that local engineers are always available to attend to resolve any problem Big or Small in a timely manner.

However, in addition to a support role we are also able to provide new install or upgrades to any new or existing building. All our operatives are CORGI Registered offering you complete peace of mind when it comes to efficiency and safety.
